Technical Skill Set: Public DNS on Cloudflare (A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, PTR), SSPR integrated with AD/Entra ID, Skype for Business Server Subscription Edition admin/conferencing/policies/certificates, Teams migration

Required Certifications: At least 2 of: Identity & Access Admin, Azure Administrator, M365 Administrator Expert, ITIL V4
