Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers from the pre-approved business loan database.
- Generate leads and ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads.
- Contact local customers and pitch the latest banking products and services.
- Call existing customers to promote additional loan facilities and other banking products.
- Maintain accurate records of successful and unsuccessful sales calls.
- Provide quality customer service while adhering to organizational guidelines and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0 6 months of experience
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Courteous, polite, and customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
