Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the complete Engineering & Maintenance operations of the resort.
Ensure uninterrupted operation and maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, DG, STP, WTP, fire & life-safety systems, and other MEP services.
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
Supervise engineering staff, contractors, and external service agencies.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, licenses, and regulatory inspections.
Monitor energy, water, fuel, and maintenance costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Prepare annual maintenance budgets, CAPEX proposals, AMC plans, and engineering reports.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, staff accommodation, and back-of-house facilities.




Coordinate with all HODs to resolve engineering-related operational requirements promptly.
Maintain proper records of equipment, maintenance schedules, breakdowns, inventories, and AMC contracts.
Ensure adherence to hotel engineering SOPs, fire safety standards, and emergency preparedness procedures.
Lead emergency response for critical technical failures and ensure minimum disruption to resort operations.

Minimum Qualification:

Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or related field

Minimum Job Experience:

1-15+ years of engineering experience
