Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled spa, massage, wellness, and beauty treatments to guests as per established standards.
Conduct guest consultations to understand preferences and recommend suitable treatments.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, cleanliness, and guest safety.
Ensure proper preparation and upkeep of treatment rooms, equipment, and spa products.
Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized guest experience.
Maintain treatment records and follow all spa SOPs and service protocols.
Promote spa treatments, wellness packages, and suitable products to guests.
Handle guest feedback professionally and coordinate with the Spa Manager when required.

Job Expectations:

Well-groomed, courteous, and guest-oriented personality.
Knowledge of various massage and wellness therapies will be an advantage.

Minimum Qualification:

Certification/Diploma in Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Wellness

Minimum Job Experience:

1-3 years
