Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the Butler team to deliver personalized and luxury guest service.
Manage VIP, repeat, and high-profile guest requirements with attention to detail.
Ensure professional service standards are maintained throughout the guest experience.
Coordinate with F&B;, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments for seamless guest service.
Handle guest requests, preferences, special occasions, and complaints professionally.
Conduct daily briefings, allocate duties, and monitor team performance.
Train and coach Butler team members on service standards, etiquette, grooming, and product knowledge.
Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and ensure effective handovers between shifts.




Monitor grooming, hygiene, punctuality, and discipline within the Butler team.

Job Expectations:

Previous experience in a Senior Butler / Butler Supervisor / Head Butler role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust knowledge of luxury service etiquette and guest handling.
Well-groomed, courteous, confident, and service-oriented.

Minimum Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management

Minimum Job Experience:

5-8 years of experience
