Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Technology or equivalent degree in Computer Science and have10+ years of QA experience in an enterprise environment. They should have a strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies, with hands-on experience testing Java/Spring-based backend applications, REST APIs, and React or other modern JavaScript framework-based frontends. They should be familiar with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr, API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI, and automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Jest. Knowledge of banking and financial systems testing, including data integrity, security, and compliance requirements, is an advantage,
as is experience with legacy-to-modern system migrations. Candidates should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple deadlines with a sense of urgency, and demonstrating accountability, reliability, and solid teamwork. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all organisational levels are essential. Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter would be an added advantage
