Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with 8+ years of recruitment experience and extensive expertise in supporting Aerospace clients in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the U.S. aerospace talent market, proven experience sourcing and placing specialized aerospace professionals, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.

This is a remote opportunity for a recruitment professional based in Hyderabad, India, who has a successful track record of hiring for U.S. aerospace organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering and sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement.

- Recruit for U.S.-based aerospace clients, understanding their technical requirements, hiring priorities, and industry-specific talent needs.

- Source qualified candidates through Linked In Recruiter, job portals, resume databases, referrals, Boolean searches, and other recruitment channels.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of aerospace professionals for current and future hiring requirements.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical qualifications, relevant experience, communication skills, and client fit.

- Work closely with hiring managers, account managers, and client-facing teams to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines.





- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining recruitment quality and submission targets.

- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, follow up with candidates, and manage the offer-to-joining process.

- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS data.

- Stay updated on U.S. aerospace industry trends, talent availability, compensation expectations, and recruitment best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of professional recruitment experience, with extensive hands-on experience supporting U.S. aerospace clients.

- Strong understanding of the U.S. aerospace industry, its hiring landscape, and specialized talent requirements.

- Proven experience recruiting aerospace engineers and other industry-specific professionals.

- Experience recruiting for roles such as:

- Aerospace Engineers

- Aeronautical Engineers

- Avionics Engineers

- Mechanical and Structural Engineers

- Systems Engineers

- Electrical Engineers

- Manufacturing and Quality Engineers

- Aircraft Design and Maintenance Professionals

- Strong sourcing expertise using Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search strings, job boards, and candidate databases.

- Excellent resume screening, candidate assessment, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.





- Ability to understand complex job descriptions and identify qualified candidates quickly.

- Strong English communication skills, including experience communicating with U.S.-based clients and candidates.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage U.S. time-zone requirements when needed.

Preferred Qualifications
- Existing experience supporting established U.S. aerospace companies, defense contractors, aircraft manufacturers, or aerospace engineering service providers.

- Experience recruiting for highly specialized or niche aerospace positions.

- Familiarity with engineering tools and technologies used in aerospace environments, where relevant to hiring requirements.

- Experience working with ATS platforms, recruitment metrics, submission targets, and time-to-fill goals.

- A proven track record of successful placements with U.S. aerospace clients.
