Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and platform solutions using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Build responsive user interfaces using React, Angular, Java Script, and Type Script.
- Develop backend services, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL APIs using Node.js, Express, and related technologies.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including MySQL and MongoDB, to design efficient data models and optimise application performance.
- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and external platforms to enhance product functionality and interoperability.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of digital learning, assessment, reporting, and other platform capabilities.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot production issues, and implement solutions to improve application reliability and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and adherence to coding standards and software development best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, QA teams, and fellow developers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Use version control, CI/CD pipelines, and containerisation tools to support productive development and deployment.
- Explore and contribute to AI-enabled applications and intelligent platform capabilities, including LLM integrations, where applicable.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement in development processes.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- B.E./B. Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Java Script, Type Script, and full-stack web application development.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience in developing and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Working knowledge of MongoDB, MySQL, and database optimisation.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
- Understanding of application architecture, debugging, performance optimisation, and secure coding practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in developing enterprise-grade web applications, assessment platforms, or SaaS products.
- Exposure to Python, FastAPI, AI/LLM application development, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and semantic search.
- Familiarity with OpenCV or other computer vision technologies.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
