Job Description:

- Enterprise applications, IT systems, APIs, integrations, databases, cloud platforms

- SDLC and technology implementation methodologies

- Active, hands-on use of up-to-date AI tools, plus working knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering and automation

- Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid delivery, including sprint/release planning and ceremonies

- Scope, timeline, resource and budget control

- Risk and issue management, change management, escalations

- Requirements gathering and translating it into functional and technical specs

- BRDs/FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping, SOPs

- Test/UAT planning, defect tracking, sign-offs, go-live and hypercare support

- RAID logs, dashboards, executive-ready presentations

- Managing vendor deliverables, SLAs, SOWs and commercials

- Solution and vendor evaluation, business cases, technology roadmaps





- Coordinating with senior leaders, business teams, technical teams and consultants

- Information security, data privacy, access controls, business continuity and audit requirements

- AI governance, model limitations and responsible AI practices

- Defining and tracking benefits and success metrics for AI/automation initiatives

- Microsoft 365, especially Power Point and Excel (essential)

- Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com or Notion (advantage)

- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

- Structured, analytical, proactive, detail-oriented and execution-focused

- Strong ownership, responsiveness and comfort with senior stakeholders

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
