Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IAM (Identity and Access Management) resource with expertise in Sail Point ISC (Identity Security Cloud) and Sail Point IdentityIQ to join our offshore team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in IAM solutions, with a strong focus on ISC and IIQ application integrations, lifecycle management workflows, and certification processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support Sail Point ISC (Identity Security Cloud) and Sail Point IdentityIQ implementations and integrations across enterprise applications.

Design, develop, and maintain LCM (Lifecycle Management) workflows and provisioning processes.

Understanding the deployment and maintenance of ISC Virtual Appliances for on-premises application connectivity.

Expertise in building integrations, managing lifecycle events, and automating responses using REST APIs and webhooks.

Experience configuring authoritative identity sources (e.g., Workday, HR systems, flat files) and building mapping transforms.

Configure and manage access certifications, policy enforcement, and role-based access controls.

Designing visual workflows in ISC to streamline complex access approvals and lifecycle triggers

Conduct validation testing, unit testing, and support UAT for IAM solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ISC and IdentityIQ configurations and performance.





Provide technical documentation, including design specs, configuration guides, and support materials.

Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in IAM.

Stay updated with the latest IAM trends, tools, and compliance requirements.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Exposure to Dev Ops tools and CI/CD pipelines in IAM environments.

1. 10+ years IAM experience with strong hands-on expertise in Sail Point ISC (Identity Security Cloud) and IdentityIQ (IIQ).
2. Must be strong in application onboarding/integrations, REST APIs, webhooks, provisioning, and LCM workflows.
3. Experience in Access Certifications, RBAC, Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, policy management, and governance.
4. Valuable exposure to ISC Virtual Appliances, authoritative sources (Workday/HR systems), transforms, testing, and troubleshooting.
5. Candidate should be a technical Sail Point developer/implementation consultant, not an IAM support or operations profile, with good communication skills and Dev Ops exposure.
