Applicant should be Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, with minimum 5years' experience in Quality Control and inspection of Fabrication components.
Should have process knowledge of have hands on experience in measurement, handling of measuring instruments & Painting inspection.
Should have knowledge of ASME Sec 9, WPS and PQR.
Should have knowledge of be Qualified in ASNT level II certification in NDT techniques - VT , UT, MT and PT.
Should have experience in Preparation of QAP and Inspection protocol/CTQ's.
Should be an internal auditor in ISO 9001.
Should have Valuable Communication skills and comfortable to work in team.
Should have knowledge of steam Turbine and Generators components.
Preferable
Should have knowledge of investigative techniques- GOF, RCA, LFF,3H, Pareto analysis...
