Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Cold/Warm Calling

- Initiate outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing, property portals, and inquiry forms.
- Handle incoming calls from prospective home buyers inquiring about flat configurations, pricing, and project details.

2. Client Consultation & Pitching

- Understand prospective buyers’ specific requirements (budget, BHK configuration, preferred location, possession timeline).
- Effectively communicate project highlights, amenities, floor plans, pricing structures, and special offers to prospective buyers.
- Pitch flat options accurately to match buyer expectations and address initial doubts or objections.

3. Site Visit Scheduling & Coordination

- Convince and invite interested prospects for on-site property visits.
- Coordinate site visit dates and times between the prospect and the on-site sales team / site engineers.
- Follow up with prospective buyers prior to scheduled visits to confirm attendance.

4. Lead Management & CRM Operations

- Maintain regular and structured follow-ups with leads at different stages of the sales pipeline.
- Update lead statuses, call feedback, notes,



and visit schedules accurately in the company CRM / Lead Management System.

5. Targets & Team Collaboration

- Meet and exceed daily/weekly key targets for outbound calls, qualified prospects, and scheduled site visits.
- Work closely with the site sales team to ensure seamless handoff of prospects visiting the site.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Any Graduate degree.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (prior experience in real estate / apartment sales is preferred).
- Languages: Fluency in [Local Language, e.g., Tamil] and functional proficiency in English.
- Skills:
- Solid phone communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle client objections with patience and confidence.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Lead Management Tools / CRM software.
- Familiarity with local real estate areas, buyer terminology (BHK, sq. ft., carpet area, UDS), and pricing models.
