Job Summary

We are looking for a Chat Process Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support and chat handling. The candidate should have excellent written communication skills, positive typing speed, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently while providing a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns through live chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain professional and effective written communication with customers.
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- Identify customer problems and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex queries to the relevant department when required.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update details in the system.




- Ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Chat Process / Customer Support / Non-Voice Process.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong chat-handling and customer support skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good attention to detail and time management skills.
