Job Description

We are hiring a Career Counselor to handle walk-in enquiries, guide students on IT training programs, and convert prospective leads into admissions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle office walk-in enquiries and provide career counseling.
- Explain course details, fees, training programs, and placement support.
- Convert enquiries and leads into successful admissions.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain enquiry records and admission reports.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in sales, counseling, or admissions preferred.
- EdTech sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Robust customer-handling and lead-conversion abilities.
- Target-oriented with a professional attitude.
- Proficiency in Tamil and English.

Work Location: SkillFort Institute, Navalur, Chennai.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
