We are seeking experienced, customer-focused, and target-driven Senior Retail Sales Officers . The ideal candidates will have solid experience in jewellery retail sales, excellent customer relationship management skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development

- Achieve monthly sales targets for gold, diamond, and studded jewellery.
- Drive business through walk-in customers, referrals, and repeat purchases.
- Promote and achieve enrolments in Golden Harvest, RGA, and other applicable customer schemes.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.
- Support store growth through customer engagement and sales initiatives.

2. Customer Experience and Relationship Management

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery designs and products.
- Deliver a premium, personalised,



and memorable shopping experience.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

3. Product Knowledge and Sales Excellence

- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of gold, diamond, and studded jewellery, including product features, pricing, and applicable offers.
- Explain making charges, discounts, exchange policies, payment options, and scheme terms accurately.
- Follow all company and brand guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 2 years of experience in jewellery retail sales
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Good understanding of gold and diamond jewellery and retail sales processes.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹370,000.00 per year
