Job Title: Healthcare Business Counsellor / Patient Relationship Executive

Job Summary

Life Care Annexe Multispeciality Hospital is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Healthcare Business Counsellor to manage patient enquiries, counsel patients regarding hospital services, coordinate consultations and surgical admissions, and support hospital business growth.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, patient-handling, counselling, follow-up and conversion skills, along with knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare services.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Patient Counselling & Conversion

- Counsel patients and relatives regarding available medical and surgical services.
- Explain treatment processes, estimated costs, hospital facilities and admission procedures.
- Convert genuine OPD enquiries into consultations, investigations and appropriate admissions.
- Coordinate with doctors for treatment plans and surgical counselling.
- Maintain ethical, transparent and patient-friendly communication.

2. Hospital Business Development

- Generate patient enquiries through approved hospital marketing activities.
- Coordinate with referring doctors, clinics and healthcare partners.
- Build relationships with local physicians, diagnostic centres and healthcare professionals.
- Support business growth in general surgery, orthopaedics, spine surgery, gynaecology and other hospital specialties.




- Assist in organising health camps and community awareness activities.

3. Lead Management & Follow-Up

- Handle enquiries received through Meta Ads, WhatsApp, telephone, website and walk-ins.
- Contact leads promptly and schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient enquiry records in CRM or Excel.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and recommended treatment.
- Coordinate with the admission desk and billing department.

4. Insurance & Admission Coordination

- Explain cashless mediclaim and reimbursement processes.
- Coordinate with the TPA, insurance desk and hospital billing team.
- Assist patients with admission documentation and package information.
- Support smooth patient admission and discharge coordination.

5. Reporting & Performance

- Prepare daily enquiry, appointment and admission reports.
- Track lead-to-visit and visit-to-admission conversion rates.
- Monitor patient feedback and service experience.
- Submit weekly business development reports to hospital management.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Healthcare/Hospital Management, BHA, BBA or relevant healthcare qualification preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years preferred in hospital counselling, patient coordination,



healthcare sales or business development.
- Freshers with strong communication and counselling skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent Marathi, Hindi and basic English communication.
- Strong patient counselling and relationship management.
- Knowledge of hospital departments, surgical services and insurance procedures.
- Lead follow-up and conversion skills.
- Basic computer, Excel, WhatsApp Business and CRM knowledge.
- Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented approach with robust ethical standards.
