ROLE SUMMARY:

Lead production planning, scheduling, and control functions across the manufacturing unit, ensuring on-time order execution and optimal resource utilization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan and schedule production based on order confirmations, ensuring timely delivery as per buyer/export timelines.
- Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing departments to maintain smooth production flow
- Monitor daily/weekly production targets vs. actual output and take corrective action for delays.
- Prepare and maintain production plans, capacity utilization reports, and order status trackers.
- Liaise with sourcing/procurement teams to ensure timely availability of fabric, trims, and accessories.
- Identify bottlenecks in the production pipeline and implement solutions to improve efficiency
- Coordinate with quality control to ensure production meets required standards




- Manage a team of PPC executives/coordinators and allocate responsibilities effectively
- Prepare MIS reports and presentations for management review
- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, delivery schedules, and internal SOPs

REQUIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

- Strong understanding of the garment production cycle (sampling to shipment)
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP/production planning software preferred
- Robust leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production lines/orders simultaneously
