Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Tamil.
- Resolve customer queries and provide effective support.
- Maintain customer records and update call details.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Meet daily performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any degree is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced graduates can apply.
- Positive Tamil communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
