Job details-

- Involving in PPAP approval given by suppliers.
- Creating Work instructions related to department activities
- Knowledge on Problem Solving Tools, QC story approach.
- knowledge in QC tools
- Knowledge on SPC, MSA.
- Preparing gap analysis & actions plan for the deviations.
- knowledge in quality assurance activities, audits, feedback improvements etc.
- Have knowledge on PFMEA.
- Coordinating with suppliers for rework and segregation.
- having knowledge in IATF 16949:2016 implementation

Key Responsibilities

- Quality Planning: Create and execute quality assurance plans tailored to new product development (NPD) projects.
- Core Quality Tools: Drive and manage APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
- Risk & Validation: Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, prototype inspections, and process validation.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:



Work closely with R&D;, design engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to fix quality issues before mass production begins.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure products meet internal company standards, customer specifications, and external certifications (such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949).
- Root Cause Analysis: Lead 8D problem-solving and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) when defects show up during trial runs.
