Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer with solid expertise in ITSM and Vulnerability Response (VR) to develop, customize, and support secure, compliant, and SLA-driven ServiceNow environments.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management, Vulnerability Response lifecycle management, scanner integrations, JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP integrations, CMDB, Performance Analytics, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Mandatory Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Preferred Certifications: CIS – ITSM / Security Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and enhance ServiceNow ITSM modules and VR workflows.




- Implement vulnerability ingestion, prioritization, assignment, and remediation.
- Integrate vulnerability scanners such as Rapid7 and Fortify.
- Configure Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
- Develop REST/SOAP integrations and maintain CMDB alignment.
- Build Performance Analytics dashboards and maintain ATF scripts.
- Support BAU activities, defect fixes, SLA improvements, CAB, and governance processes.

Required Skills: ServiceNow ITSM, Vulnerability Response, SecOps, JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, REST/SOAP, CMDB, Performance Analytics, and ATF.
