Job Summary

Pranaam Hospitals is looking for friendly, professional, and patient-focused Hospital Receptionists to join our front office team. Candidates should have good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi and be capable of assisting patients and visitors in a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors.
- Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling.
- Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Guide patients to doctors, consultation rooms, diagnostic services, and other departments.
- Maintain patient registration records and front office documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, and other hospital departments.
- Provide accurate information regarding hospital services and consultation timings.




- Handle patient queries professionally and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Support smooth day-to-day front office operations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Any Graduate; candidates with relevant hospital front office experience preferred.
- Experience: 0–3 years; freshers with positive communication skills may apply.
- Gender: Male and Female candidates can apply.
- Languages: Must be able to communicate in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Skills: Good communication, interpersonal skills, basic computer knowledge, and a patient-friendly attitude.
- Preferred Experience: Hospital reception, front office, customer service, or hospitality.

Salary

Salary will be based on qualification, experience, and interview performance.
