Job Overview

Al Salama School of Safety Studies is looking for an organized, responsible, and proactive Teaching Coordinator to manage academic activities, coordinate with faculty members, monitor class schedules, and ensure the smooth functioning of training programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor daily academic and teaching activities.
- Prepare and manage class schedules, timetables, and faculty allocations.
- Coordinate with trainers and faculty members to ensure the smooth conduct of classes.
- Monitor student attendance, participation, and academic progress.
- Ensure that classes are conducted according to the planned schedule.
- Communicate with students regarding class timings, examinations, assignments, and academic updates.
- Maintain academic records, attendance registers, and training-related documentation.
- Coordinate examinations, assessments, practical sessions, and other academic activities.
- Collect feedback from students and faculty and address academic-related concerns.




- Follow up with trainers regarding syllabus completion and training progress.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly academic reports for management.
- Coordinate with the HR, administration, and other departments whenever required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in academic coordination, teaching administration, or a similar role is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.
