Roles & Responsibilities for Assistant Manager BD

- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Strong communication and fluency.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Analyze the response of the market and report back.
- Maintain the data and report efficiently.
- Responsible to self-analyze when to make call in any country.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
- Foster a team-oriented environment within the organization. Researching contacts of organizations and individuals online (especially on LinkedIn).
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Monthly Target

100-150 calls per day.

Where necessary, conduct data mining

1 meeting generated per day or 25 meetings generated per month.

12-15 meetings held per month.

Target $5000/- business per month

Run effective email campaigns to assist in achieving the above mentioned targets
