We have an urgent requirement for Chemist -Food Lab with below details:

Total experience: 2-8 years

job Location- Barasat, Kolkata

Food Lab Chemist – NABL-Accredited Laboratory

- Perform chemical analysis of food and water samples as per approved test methods.
- Conduct tests for moisture, ash, fat, protein, acidity, adulterants, and other quality parameters.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis, as applicable.
- Prepare reagents, standards, and test solutions.
- Maintain test records, worksheets, SOPs, and laboratory documentation.
- Follow ISO/IEC 17025, NABL requirements, and laboratory quality procedures.
- Ensure accurate results, instrument calibration, and proper sample handling.
- Assist in internal quality control, audits,



and proficiency testing.

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a relevant field, depending on the job requirements.
