We are hiring Relationship Manager for General Insurance Broking Agency.

- Generate recent business through Field Sales (FOS) activities.
- Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales, references, and market visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable General Insurance products.
- Handle products such as Motor, Health, SME, Corporate & Commercial Insurance.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Coordinate with the internal operations and underwriting teams for policy issuance and renewals.
- Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into business.
- Ensure timely renewal of existing policies and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in General Insurance / Insurance Broking
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with good market knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
