About the Role

Wee Spin is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of visual communication, social media design, and branding, along with hands-on expertise in Adobe Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visual Content Creation

- Design engaging digital creatives for social media, campaigns, websites, and marketing communications.
- Create static posts, carousels, infographics, banners, promotional creatives, and other digital assets.
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on campaign briefs.
- Resize and adapt creatives according to different platform requirements.

2. Brand and Design Consistency

- Ensure all designs follow the brand's visual identity and maintain consistency across platforms.
- Maintain a strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, imagery, and overall aesthetics.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet the company's quality standards and branding guidelines.

3. Collaboration and Execution

- Work closely with the content, social media, marketing, and video teams to execute campaigns.




- Understand creative briefs and translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions as required.

4. Trends and Innovation

- Stay updated with current social media, design, and visual content trends.
- Experiment with new design styles, formats, and creative approaches to improve engagement.
- Suggest innovative ideas to enhance the brand's visual presence across digital platforms.

Qualifications and Skills

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is a must.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Canva is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of social media design and digital content creation.
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
