Job Description

KLM Axiva Finvest Ltd. is looking for motivated, customer-focused, and career-oriented candidates for the positions of Assistant Branch Manager and Customer Service Executive across multiple branch locations.

The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting branch operations, delivering excellent customer service, handling documentation, maintaining operational accuracy, and contributing to overall branch performance. Candidates with relevant experience in gold loan NBFCs or banks are encouraged to apply for the Assistant Branch Manager position. For Customer Service Executive, candidates with financial institution experience are preferred, and freshers are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support day-to-day branch operations and administrative activities.
- Assist customers with enquiries, service requests, and documentation requirements.
- Support customer acquisition, relationship management, and customer retention activities.
- Handle customer onboarding, KYC verification, documentation, and record maintenance.
- Ensure accurate data entry, transaction processing, and timely updating of customer records.
- Support branch business development activities and achievement of business targets,



as applicable to the role.
- Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with branch staff and internal departments to ensure smooth operational functioning.
- Address customer complaints and service issues promptly and escalate matters when necessary.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure a qualified, customer-friendly approach in all interactions.
- Perform other branch-level operational and administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduates in any discipline are preferred.
- Assistant Branch Manager: Minimum 3 years of experience in gold loan operations with an NBFC or bank.
- Customer Service Executive: Freshers can apply; candidates with experience in financial institutions, NBFCs, or banks will be preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in data entry.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.

Ottappalam, Kozhinjampara, Chittur, Sulthanpet, Pudussery, Valiyangadi, Chandra Nagar, Pattambi, Chenthrapini, and other branches.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
