About the Company

We are a chemical manufacturing company with approximately 15 staff members and 35 workers, with departments including R&D;, Production, Dispatch, Transport, Marketing, Accounts, Purchase and Maintenance.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR professional to independently manage recruitment, worker management, employee relations, HR operations and workplace discipline.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff and worker-level positions.

* Handle day-to-day employee and worker-related issues.

* Maintain workplace discipline, attendance and punctuality.

* Handle employee grievances and workplace conflicts.

* Manage joining, onboarding, exit and HR documentation.





* Maintain employee/worker records, attendance and leave records.

* Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.

* Support management in disciplinary and employee-related matters.

* Prepare basic HR reports and MIS.

* Improve HR processes and maintain smooth workforce operations.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of HR experience.

* Experience in manufacturing/factory/industrial HR preferred.

* Strong experience in worker and employee management.

* Positive communication, problem-solving and conflict-management skills.

* Ability to handle disciplinary matters professionally.

* Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

* Ability to work independently and coordinate with management.
