Job Overview

IT WIZ INFOTECH is looking for an experienced SEO skilled who can independently lead SEO strategy and organic growth for healthcare, dental marketing, and medical tourism businesses.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SEO, international SEO, healthcare marketing, and organic lead generation. We need someone who can take ownership of SEO projects, develop growth strategies, and deliver measurable results.

This is a 100% remote, part-time/freelance opportunity for an experienced professional.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO strategies for healthcare, dental, and medical tourism websites.
- Manage technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Plan international SEO campaigns targeting markets such as the USA, UK, UAE, and other relevant countries.
- Improve organic rankings, website traffic, and qualified patient enquiries.
- Develop content strategies for healthcare services, dental treatments, and medical tourism.
- Manage local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Plan ethical link building, digital PR, and online reputation management.
- Explore Reddit, Quora, and other relevant platforms for brand authority and visibility.
- Implement AEO, GEO, schema markup, and AI search optimization strategies where relevant.
- Monitor performance through Google Search Console, GA4,



Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
- Coordinate remotely with content writers, developers, and the internal marketing team.
- Prepare SEO roadmaps, performance reports, and actionable growth recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–10 years of professional SEO experience.
- Previous experience in healthcare, dental, medical, or medical tourism marketing is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international SEO and local SEO.
- Expertise in technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
- Experience generating organic leads for service-based businesses.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Google Search Console, GA4, and Google Business Profile.
- Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to independently manage projects and recommend growth strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and effective remote communication.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with previous experience working with dental clinics, hospitals, healthcare brands, or medical tourism agencies will receive preference.
