Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Trainee to support the Accounts & Finance team in day-to-day accounting operations, documentation, financial record maintenance, and invoice processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Support the preparation and processing of sales and purchase invoices.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain vouchers, bills, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Assist in preparing payment vouchers and maintaining expense records.
- Verify bills and invoices before processing payments.




- Update accounting data in ERP/accounting software as instructed.
- Coordinate with internal departments for bills, approvals, and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper filing of financial records and assist in audit preparation.
- Perform other accounting-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
- Knowledge of Tally or ERP software will be an advantage.
- Valuable numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
