Salary package: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Role Summary

We are looking for a smart, presentable and quick-learning Juice Kiosk Employee to run our Indiranagar juice shop end to end. You will prepare juices and desserts as per the menu, serve customers, and handle the POS and cash counter.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

Preparation:

Prepare fresh juices, shakes, ice cream, falooda and other menu items as per the standard recipes, quantity and quality.

Customer Service:

Greet and serve customers politely, take orders, suggest menu items and handle queries or complaints professionally.

POS & Cashier:

Handle billing on the POS, cash and digital payments, and day-end cash reconciliation and reporting.

Shop Management:

Manage the kiosk end to end: opening and closing, stock checks, fruit and ingredient freshness, wastage control and requisition of supplies.





Hygiene & Grooming:

Maintain cleanliness of the counter, equipment and surroundings as per FSSAI and company standards, and stay in proper uniform.

Training & Compliance: Learn and follow the company’s training, SOPs and menu updates.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in juice preparation, ice cream, falooda and similar items Basic knowledge of POS billing and cash handling Presentable, well-groomed and confident with customers Quick learner, responsive to training and feedback Ability to manage a small juice shop independently Willingness to work in shifts .
