WE’RE HIRING | CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & LEAD GENERATION EXECUTIVE

(Telecalling / Telesales)

Location: Topsia, Kolkata
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
Experience: 6 months – 3 years
Excellent spoken English & Hindi is MANDATORY

What You’ll Do

- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls
- Follow up with leads and generate customer interest
- Fix quality appointments for the Sales Team
- Manage customer follow-ups through calls & WhatsApp
- Maintain lead records and work towards monthly targets

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication & convincing skills
Experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Lead Generation / Customer Engagement / Inside Sales
Confident, polished & customer-focused approach
Solid follow-up skills and target orientation
