Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our International BPO team in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for handling international customers, generating sales, promoting products or services, and achieving assigned sales targets through outbound or inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to international customers and prospects to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and international calling guidelines.
- Coordinate with team leaders and managers to improve sales performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications





- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or easily understandable accent.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales-closing abilities.
- Positive interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Willingness to work in rotational or night shifts, depending on the process.
- Previous experience in international sales, telecalling, or BPO sales will be an advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate.
- Experienced- Min 1 year, candidates can apply.
- Candidates must be comfortable communicating with international customers.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
