We are looking for a Junior Software Support Executive to provide technical assistance and support to customers using our software products. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot basic software and technical issues
- Assist users with software installation and usage
- Escalate complex issues to the technical team
- Maintain support tickets and follow-ups
- Provide excellent customer support and timely resolution

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, BCA, or related field
- Basic knowledge of software applications and computer systems
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
- Freshers can apply
- Knowledge of ticketing tools or SQL is a plus
