About the Role

UXDLAB Software is looking for a target-oriented Lead Generation Executive to generate leads for the US market, primarily through cold calling and email outreach. The role requires candidates who have prior experience working night shifts and are comfortable communicating with US-based prospects.

Key Responsibilities

- 80% Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential US clients to generate and qualify leads.
- 20% Email Outreach: Send professional emails to prospects to generate interest and follow up on calls.
- Identify potential clients and explore new business opportunities.
- Understand prospect requirements and schedule meetings with interested clients.
- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up records in the CRM.




- Achieve assigned daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3 months–1 year of experience in IT Sales, B2B Sales, Cold Calling, or Lead Generation.
- Prior experience working night shifts is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in generating leads through cold calling alongside email outreach.
- Fluent English communication skills with confidence in speaking to US clients.
- Robust convincing, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Must have a stable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

What We’re Looking For

Candidates who are confident making high-volume outbound calls, can generate leads through calling and emails simultaneously, and are comfortable working consistently during US business hours.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
