About the Company

We are looking for a skilled, responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial records and receivables.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain day-to-day accounts using Tally Prime.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries and debit/credit notes.
- Maintain accurate customer and supplier ledgers.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify cash and bank transactions.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.

2. GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance

- Prepare GST working for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase records and monitor input tax credit.
- Calculate and maintain TDS records, including applicable deductions.
- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for GST, TDS, income tax and annual compliance.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and audit documentation.

3. Receivables & Payables Management

- Monitor outstanding payments from government hospitals, private hospitals and institutional customers.
- Prepare debtor ageing reports and follow up on overdue payments.




- Reconcile supplier statements and customer accounts.
- Maintain vendor payment schedules and outstanding liabilities.
- Track deductions, short payments and pending credit notes.

5. Inventory & Financial Reporting

- Reconcile inventory records with purchase and sales entries.
- Assist in stock valuation and inventory verification

Required Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS and MS Excel.
- Experience in bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory requirements.
- Robust numerical accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Prior experience in medical distribution, pharmaceutical distribution, wholesale trading or institutional supplies.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounts.
- Valuable communication skills and a professional working attitude.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
