We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in US mortgage, title services, or mortgage outsourcing to drive new business opportunities in the US market.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating qualified leads, conducting sales outreach, building relationships with decision-makers, and converting opportunities into long-term business contracts for our mortgage and title support services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients in the US mortgage and title services industry.
- Generate leads and build a sales pipeline targeting mortgage lenders, title companies, title search firms, mortgage service providers, and related businesses.
- Connect with US-based decision-makers, including business owners, founders, COOs, operations heads, and production managers.
- Conduct outbound calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable offshore support solutions.
- Promote services such as:
- Title Search and Title Research Support
- Mortgage Processing Support
- Loan Documentation and Document Review
- Underwriting Administrative Support
- Data Processing and Back-Office Operations
- Prepare proposals, service presentations, commercial quotations, and client-specific solutions.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients in the US.
- Negotiate commercial terms and help close recent business deals.
- Maintain accurate lead records, sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline reports in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure proposed services align with operational capabilities.
- Achieve agreed monthly targets for qualified meetings, pipeline generation, and new client acquisition.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Prior experience in the US mortgage, title search, title services, mortgage processing, or mortgage outsourcing industry is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of the US mortgage and title services ecosystem.
- Experience selling outsourcing, offshore operations, or managed services to US clients will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confidence in cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and sales negotiations.
- Ability to communicate with senior decision-makers and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar lead-generation tools.
- Strong follow-up, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in an on-site, target-driven environment.

Performance Expectations

The successful candidate will be expected to:

- Build a consistent pipeline of qualified US prospects.
- Generate discovery meetings with relevant decision-makers.
- Convert qualified opportunities into paid pilot projects and long-term service contracts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and structured follow-up schedules.
- Contribute to monthly sales pipeline and revenue targets.

Working Hours

Working hours will be aligned with US business hours as required for prospecting, client meetings, and follow-ups.
