We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager with solid expertise in high-rise residential construction and Mivan shuttering technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise residential projects using Mivan construction technology.
- Oversee structural work, concrete pouring, reinforcement, shuttering, and finishing activities.
- Ensure construction quality, safety standards, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project schedules, manpower, contractors, material procurement, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
Candidate Requirements:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 8–12 years of experience in real estate construction.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects and Mivan shuttering technology.
- Strong leadership, site execution, and project management skills.
Industry Preference: Candidates with proven experience in high-rise residential real estate projects using Mivan technology.
