Job Description – Home Nursing Staff

Position: Home Nursing Staff / Home Care Nurse

GDA

ANM

Anyother nursing course

Candidates who have completed a 6-month to 2-year Nursing Assistant / Caregiver course may also apply, subject to the role requirements.

Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply. Relevant experience in home care, elderly care, or patient care is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and nursing assistance to elderly patients at home.

Assist patients with bathing, feeding, mobility, and daily activities.

Monitor vital signs and report changes in the patient’s condition.

Administer medications and provide nursing procedures as per qualification, training, and medical instructions.

Maintain patient hygiene, safety, and comfort.

Support bedridden patients and assist with pressure sore prevention.





Maintain daily patient care records.

Communicate effectively with doctors, family members, and the care coordination team.

Required Skills:

Basic patient care and nursing knowledge.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, compassion, and a responsible attitude.

Willingness to work in patients’ homes and follow assigned duty schedules.
