Candidate Requirements

- Prior FMCG sales experience in potato chips, popcorn, namkeen, farsan or similar packaged snacks is mandatory.
- Proven experience in distributor appointment, channel management and sales team leadership.
- Strong existing network of distributors, super stockists and retail outlets.
- Hands-on experience in general trade, pre-sales, beat planning and market development.
- A proactive go-getter with solid negotiation skills and willingness to travel extensively.
- Ability to build a sales operation and take ownership in a startup environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
