Job Summary:
We are seeking a courteous and service-oriented Steward with 2–3 years of experience in the hospitality or food service industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and supporting smooth food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to guests in a qualified and courteous manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Set up tables and maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing basic queries and service requests.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth order execution.
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards as per company policies.
- Assist in clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and maintaining inventory of service items.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Steward in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality establishments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a pleasant personality.
- Ability to work in shifts and in a fast-paced environment.
