Job Description – Commis II (QSR) (Bangalore)
Reports To: CDP / Kitchen In-Charge
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare food as per standard recipes, SOPs, and portion specifications.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and timely order execution.
- Complete daily mise en place and maintain workstation readiness.
- Follow FSSAI guidelines, kitchen hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO, proper storage, and stock rotation.
- Minimise food wastage and support food cost control.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
- Support peak-hour operations and coordinate with the kitchen team.
- ROOM PROVIDED BY COMPANY
Qualification & Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a QSR, restaurant or cafe kitchen.
Key KPIs: Food quality, order turnaround time, hygiene, recipe compliance, and wastage control.
Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
