Role Overview

Drive active on-ground field marketing, canopy activations, flyer distributions, industrial workforce outreach, and local customer sourcing to generate fresh buyer enquiries and accompany clients on site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily field marketing activities across target market pockets, industrial hubs, commercial markets, and residential colonies.
- Set up and manage promotional canopies, kiosk activations, and leafleting drives at strategic transit points and market centers.
- Engage directly with prospective buyers, explain plot investment benefits, and collect genuine contact details and buyer requirements.
- Coordinate client visits to the project layout, accompanying prospects when required to ensure a smooth handover to the site sales team.
- Build relationships with local shop owners, factory workers, small business proprietors,



and community influencers to generate continuous referrals.
- Meet daily field contact targets and submit activity summaries to the Sales Manager every evening.

Requirements & Skills

- Energetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys outdoor field work, market outreach, and direct people interaction.
- Freshers with strong communication drive and willingness to learn real estate sales are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in spoken Marathi and Hindi.
- Personal two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license is required for daily field movement.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
