Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled BIM Architect with strong interior design experience to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural BIM modeling, interior design coordination, and preparing detailed drawings using Revit.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain architectural BIM models with a focus on interior design elements.
- Create detailed interior layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.
- Develop 3D models of interior spaces, including walls, ceilings, flooring, furniture, and fixtures.
- Coordinate architectural and interior design models with structural and MEP disciplines.




- Identify and resolve clashes and ensure model accuracy.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a BIM Architect with a robust background in interior design (must).
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and architectural BIM modeling.
- Experience preparing detailed interior drawings and construction documentation.
- Knowledge of BIM coordination, clash detection, and model management.
- Availability to start immediately, or within one week.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
