Job Title: Senior Warehouse Manager (RM & PM)

Role Overview:

Looking for a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee complete Raw Material (RM) & Packaging Material (PM) warehouse operations, inventory control, and strategic supply chain execution for our manufacturing plant in Jammu.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end management of RM & PM receiving, storage, and material flow to production.
- Ensure zero stock-outs and align material availability with production schedules (BOM).




- Drive strict implementation of FIFO / FEFO and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Oversee regular stock audits, physical verification, and variance control.
- Ensure 100% data updates in ERP / SAP and handle system compliance.
- Lead, train, and manage a large team of storekeepers, helpers, and logistics staff.
- Maintain warehouse safety, compliance, and 5S standards.

Requirements:

- 10 to 15 years of core warehouse management experience handling RM and PM in Manufacturing, Pharma, FMCG, or Chemical industries.
- Expert knowledge of ERP / SAP and advanced MS Excel.
- Solid leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills.
