Concret.io is seeking a highly organized and driven Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver our projects. This is a energetic, hands-on role designed for a professional with a strong technical foundation who is eager to scale their career. You will learn various Salesforce Cloud offerings from both a functional consultant and administrative perspective, acting as the crucial bridge between international clients and our technical teams

Job Responsibilities:

Project & Delivery Management

- Methodology Execution: Apply the right project management frameworks to effectively manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation based on client requirements.
- Requirement Architecture: Translate raw client requirements into clear, actionable tasks and user stories, utilizing wireframing and Software Requirement Specification (SRS) tools.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively monitor project progress, identify potential red flags, and implement mitigation strategies to head off obstacles early
- Meeting Governance: Plan and facilitate meetings with structured agendas, document outcomes through timely Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and ensure accountability by tracking action items to closure.
- Document processes, decisions, and project artifacts (specs, test plans, release notes) for team and client reference. Exposure to AI agent-based workflows (e.g. Agentforce, AI copilots) and how they change traditional QA/PM processes.

Technical & Functional Leadership:

- Salesforce Ecosystem Familiarity (Preferred): Leverage prior Salesforce experience to evaluate workflows, streamline solution design,



and bridge functional gaps between client requirements and engineering capabilities.
- Scoping & Functional Leadership: Translate complex client needs into accurate project scopes and work alongside engineering to build reliable technical quotations.
- Integration & QA Expertise: Apply past QA experience to inspect, validate, and understand end-to-end CRM and ERP integration architectures across Sales, Marketing, and Commerce.

Stakeholder & People Management

- Client Communication: Serve as a seamless communication layer for international clients, interpreting their unique needs and translating them effectively to internal teams.
- Team Leadership: Foster a highly motivated, aligned team environment, managing individual performance and ensuring clear paths to success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical work experience.
- Leadership & Project Management Experience: 5–8 years of experience in IT, with significant experience in QA/Software Testing and hands-on exposure to project management, stakeholder management, and customer interactions.



Candidates with experience transitioning from QA/Testing into Project Management or Delivery Management are highly preferred.
- Technical & QA Background: Prior hands-on experience in Software Testing/QA is mandatory. Candidates should have a strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, test planning, defect management, quality processes, and collaboration between QA and development teams.
- Strong understanding of QA fundamentals: test case design, bug lifecycle, regression testing, and UAT coordination.
- Strong understanding of project management tools (Jira, Zoho Projects, Asana, or similar) for backlog, sprint, and defect tracking.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies, and when to apply each.
- Technical fluency to read requirements, APIs, and system architecture at a level sufficient to have informed conversations with developers.
- Strong documentation and written communication skills for specs, status reports, and client-facing updates.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong emotional intelligence, and a knack for mentoring and coaching rising technical talent.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
