Job Description – Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily warehouse operations, stock dispatch, and transportation activities.
- Ensure FIFO-based stock dispatch and monitor stock availability.
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, sales teams, and distributors for timely deliveries.
- Maintain vehicle records, expenses, complaints, service schedules, and required documentation.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with Tally records.
- Coordinate packing requirements, indents, and daily packing activities.
- Ensure proper warehouse space allocation, cleanliness, and smooth dispatch operations.
- Handle basic administrative activities and ensure timely reporting to management.

Preferred Skills:

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of warehouse and transportation operations.
- Good record-keeping and reporting skills.

· Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.

· Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
