Job Summary

ANARC Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and technically competent Site Engineer to supervise construction activities at project sites. The Site Engineer will ensure that work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and site workers.
- Check measurements and ensure proper execution of civil and structural works.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and communicate project updates to management.
- Identify site issues, delays, and technical problems and coordinate for timely solutions.
- Review drawings and coordinate with the concerned departments for clarification of technical issues.
- Monitor project progress against the approved schedule.
- Maintain proper site records, measurements, checklists, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with the Quantity Surveying / Commercial team regarding measurements and quantities.
- Ensure construction activities comply with applicable safety rules and company procedures.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed within the required time and quality standards.




- Conduct regular site inspections and report deviations or defects.
- Support project planning, execution, and handover activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the project site.
- Perform other project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager / Operations Manager.

Required Qualifications

- ITI/Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in construction site supervision is preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and site practices.
- Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of quantity measurement and estimation.
- Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
