Job Summary

Tirupati Balajee is looking for a confident, target-driven, and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our international business development team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, connecting with international clients, building strong business relationships, and generating leads to support company growth.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to communicate confidently with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Generate leads through online research, cold calling, email outreach, and professional networking.
- Communicate with international clients to understand their business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present company services, prepare proposals, and follow up with potential customers.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams to support business development activities.
- Maintain lead databases, client records, and sales reports.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, client acquisition, and business development targets.
- Research international markets, competitors,



and potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain a professional client experience.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confidence in communicating with international clients.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and sales techniques.
- Good research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Office, CRM tools, and online research tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in business development, international sales, lead generation, or client handling is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills and a strong interest in international business may also apply.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Indore office.
