We are looking for experienced RFIC Design Engineers with solid expertise in RF and Mixed Signal IC design.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- RF system analysis & IC architecture design
- Schematic capture, simulation & EM analysis
- Design experience in LNA, PA, Mixer, PLL & RF Switch
- Package co-simulation amp; laboratory testing
- Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso & Keysight ADS
- Experience in CMOS, GaAs, GaN technologies
Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/E&TC;
- M.Tech/PhD in VLSI/Electronics preferred
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
